- Valid Class 5 driver's licence (Class 3 an asset)
- Experience operating plow trucks or loaders preferred
- Ability to work overnight and weekend shifts

Landscaping Crew Member

- Experience with commercial landscaping equipment

Concrete & Asphalt Technician
Full-TimePerform concrete repairs, asphalt patching, crack sealing, and line painting on commercial and municipal properties.
- 2+ years experience in concrete or asphalt work
- Familiarity with repair materials and application methods
- Valid driver's licence
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
Commercial Maintenance Technician
Full-TimeProvide year-round property maintenance services including inspections, minor repairs, and general upkeep for commercial clients.
- Broad handyman or trades background
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's licence
- Professional communication with clients
